Job summary

Headkount is seeking a Brand Advisor for the South Bay market in Los Gatos, CA. This part-time role involves visiting beauty retailer locations to build relationships with stores, brands, and staff to drive sales and brand education.

You will receive robust training and ongoing education through Headkount programs and be responsible for maintaining brand guidelines and achieving daily sales targets during shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer.
• Excellent beauty retail selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty retail events.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional conduct in-store and demonstrated team player.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Must have a working smartphone.
• Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends.

Description

As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity & sales.

You’ll get the best of the best training and support from our robust education programs to be set up for success.

This position covers the South Bay market. Brand Advisors are scheduled at various beauty retailer locations within this market area.
