Job summary

Headkount is seeking a Brand Advisor to support Los Angeles beauty retailers, delivering brand education and sales support across multiple doors. The role emphasizes in-store engagements, event presence, and collaboration with store teams to drive goals.

You will train with our education programs and operate on a part-time, hourly basis, covering the Los Angeles market. Reliability, strong communication, and flexible weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a beauty brand or beauty retailer.
• Strong beauty retail selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty retail events.
• Excellent communication and professional in-store conduct.
• Comfort with self-motivation and independent work.

Description

As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity & sales.

You’ll get the best of the best training and support from our robust education programs to be set up for success.

This position covers the Los Angeles, CA market(s). Brand Advisors are scheduled at various beauty retailer locations within these market areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smart phone apps
• Must have a working smartphone
• Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market
• Must have a flexible schedule & be available to work weekends
