Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Multi-Brand Advisor to maximize sales of MAC, Clinique, and Estee Lauder brands by engaging guests and understanding their needs. The role supports the Experience Manager through performance, people, and process, delivering outstanding guest service and brand knowledge.

The MBA will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations, while participating in promotions, events, and trainings to grow the business and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required.
• Strong sales, service, and guest relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed brand sales and guest loyalty goals for MAC, Clinique, and Estee Lauder.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing recommendations.
• Demonstrate products with makeup applications and skincare analysis.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver a premier guest experience.
• Maintain store standards, stock, and brand displays according to policy.
