Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Brand Advisor to maximize sales of MAC, Clinique, and Estee Lauder brands. You will engage guests, assess needs, and guide selections while upholding store standards and supporting events and services.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations, building guest loyalty and driving brand sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong sales, product and service knowledge.

• Able to work flexible schedule including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed brand sales targets for MAC, Clinique, and Estee Lauder.
• Engage guests, determine needs, and recommend merchandise.
• Provide exceptional service and maintain store standards.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare analysis.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Participate in promotions and trainings.
• Maintain inventory cleanliness and replenish testers.
