Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license may be required by state law
• Demonstrate a passion for sales, products, and service

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC, Clinique, and Estee Lauder brand sales goals and store targets
• Build the business by achieving sales targets and growing guest loyalty
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet and engage guests, and inform them of promotions and events
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand area standards, replenish testers
• Participate in trainings and brand-sponsored events to drive sales performance
