Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Multi-Brand Advisor (MBA) to maximize sales for MAC, Clinique and Estee Lauder brands by engaging guests, assessing their needs, and guiding product selections while upholding store standards.

The MBA will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations, book appointments for services and events, and collaborate with store teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience and achieve brand goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by applicable state law
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC, Clinique, and Estee Lauder brand sales and clientele goals
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain store standards
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
• Book appointments and support in-store events
• Maintain replenished, clean, and organized brand areas
• Attend brand trainings and promotions to drive sales
