Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree may be desirable.
• 4–8 years of relevant sponsorship activation and engagement experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Nike-branded events, activations, and campaigns.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and success.
• Support Nike and agency partners with product ordering, contracts, inventory, and logistics.
• Lead campus activations communications, approvals, space reservations, and safety.
• Lead the student assistant program: hiring, onboarding, development, timekeeping, delegation.
• Create annual partnership impact report with metrics like attendance, engagement, ROI.
