Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Branch Vice President for our Westpark location in Texas. You will lead and coach the branch team, guide daily operations, and drive business development to meet individual and team goals.

The AVP-BR Manager will oversee ITM integrations in the lobby to enhance member service and build strong relationships with members. A minimum of 3–5 years in branch supervision is required, with Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or completion of a specialized course of study or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of branch operations and supervisory experience
• Saturday availability is required
