First Community Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker at our Westpark location to serve existing members and attract new ones with a full range of credit union products and services.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of sales or financial-institution experience, a track record of meeting goals, strong customer service, and Saturday availability; the role also involves managing multiple appointments and completing daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School graduate OR GED equivalent OR equivalent work experience.
• One to three years of financial or related experience, in which achieving sales goals or quotas was required on a routine basis.
• Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote credit union products and services to existing members and new members.
• Meet monthly goals/quotas and contribute to cross-sell opportunities.
• Efficiently manage multiple appointments in a busy branch while handling daily administrative tasks.
• Provide high-quality member service and support ongoing cross-selling opportunities.

Job description

We are currently seeking a Personal Banker for our Westpark location. The Personal Banker (PB) works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services. The qualified candidate will need to have a minimum of one to three years prior sales or financial institution experience in which achieving goals/quotas were met on a routine basis. This position effectively manages multiple appointments in a busy environment while also completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first rate member service, the PB is accountable for meeting monthly goals, as well as seeking ongoing cross sell opportunities. Great incentives are available based on achievements. Saturday availability is required.
