First Community Credit Union is seeking a Branch Vice President for our Rice Village location in Houston, TX. The role focuses on leading daily operations, coaching the team, and expanding member relationships through service excellence.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in banking or credit unions, and be available for Saturday work. An associate degree or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on leadership and operational oversight.

Description

First Community Credit Union is currently seeking a Branch Vice President for our Rice Village location! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about leadership, team coaching, and business development.

Along with overseeing the daily operations, the Branch VP is responsible for guiding their branch team towards meeting established individual and team goals. This location will feature our ITM (Integrated Teller Machines) in the lobby, which enhances the member service experience through technology and allows the branch staff to focus on building and maintaining relationships.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of supervisory experience in a banking/credit union setting. Saturday availability is required.
