First Community Credit Union seeks an Assistant Vice President (AVP) for its Rice Village location in Houston, TX. The AVP will ensure branch operations are efficient, compliant with policies, and aligned with organizational goals.

The role supports the Branch Vice President, handles complex supervisory inquiries, and requires a flexible schedule with Saturday availability. This position offers growth within a leading Texas credit union with strong community ties.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or GED equivalent or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: One to three years of banking and/or financial experience, in which achieving goals was required, on a routine basis or related experience.

Responsabilités

• The AVP ensures branch operations are effective, efficient and in compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
• The AVP assists the Branch VP to ensure the smooth flow of branch operations.
• The AVP performs supervisory duties as directed by the Branch VP, handling inquiries and situations that are more complex and require supervisory attention.
• This position demands a flexible schedule with Saturday availability required.
