Beacon Bank in South Hadley, MA is seeking a Teller Supervisor to lead the teller line, supervise daily branch operations, balance cash drawers, and coach teammates to deepen relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will partner with Branch Manager to meet sales goals, ensure regulatory compliance, train staff on procedures, and support community engagement while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; banking courses preferred.
• One to two years of teller or teller supervisor experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Teller Line Supervision & Operations: supervise teller line, balance drawers, oversee daily procedures and audits.
• Customer Relationship Management: build rapport with customers, advise on products, and drive branch relationships.
• Branch Operations & Compliance: manage daily branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and train staff on changes.
