Responsibilities

• Lead Teller-Unit activities by motivating staff to provide superior customer service and performing routine banking duties.
• Oversee Teller sales and service goals while balancing operational tasks for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage work schedules and assign tasks throughout the workday.
• Train new Tellers to ensure procedures are understood and followed.
• Oversee daily operations and assist with complex customer issues and cash management.
• Distribute and collect cash, conduct monthly cash audits, and resolve variances.
• Support branch management with performance reviews and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with AML, BSA and OFAC requirements and internal policies.
