Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a client service role.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service and handle account transactions.
• Identify client needs and guide them to appropriate banking solutions.
• Adhere to compliance, audit and security procedures.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Assist with onboarding conversations and refer to a Banker for financial wellness discussions.
