Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Teller to deliver outstanding in-branch client service and accurately handle account transactions. You will listen for client needs, balance cash drawers, and transition customers to a Banker for more complex wellness solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience required.
• Experience in a client service role is preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and in-person transactions is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service and process account transactions.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Balance cash drawer and adhere to balancing guidelines.
• Promote financial wellness by guiding clients to relevant bank products and services.
• Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs and follow procedures.
