Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming clients and assisting with account transactions.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and refer clients to a Banker.
• Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines and follow security procedures.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using financial wellness tools.
• Attend in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
