Job summary

BrightView Landscapes seeks a Branch Recruitment Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting for hourly field positions across the branch market. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while developing strategies to position BrightView as an employer of choice in local communities.

You will track candidate data in an ATS, provide weekly updates to branch leaders, and travel to local branches to strengthen recruiting efforts and represent BrightView at hiring events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience for hourly/field roles.
• Experience with ATS and creating recruitment dashboards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for hourly field roles.
• Manage hiring activities from posting to onboarding using ATS.
• Track candidate data and produce recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Provide weekly recruiting updates to branch leaders and stakeholders.
• Attend local events to attract candidates and build community partnerships.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires and follow-up check-ins.
• Visit branches regularly to understand hiring needs and pain points.
