Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Branch Recruitment Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment for hourly field positions across the Chesapeake/Laurel and Chantilly markets. The role focuses on sourcing strategies, scheduling interviews, and onboarding coordination to position BrightView as an employer of choice locally.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in recruiting, be proficient with ATS and MS Office, and excel at building relationships with branch leaders while traveling to local

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience for hourly roles.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, manufacturing, or service industries preferred.
• Experience using an ATS to manage pipelines, workflows, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to create recruitment dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for hourly field roles.
• Coordinate hiring activities from posting to onboarding using ATS.
• Track candidate data and share progress through dashboards.
• Update branch leaders on schedules and status regularly.
• Engage local communities, job fairs, and referrals to attract candidates.
• Provide weekly recruiting activity updates and market insights to branches.
• Assist with onboarding and training for new hires.
• Visit branches to understand hiring pain points and support local recruiting.
• Represent BrightView at events and build local partnerships.
