Job summary

Affinity Plus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for branch and member-facing roles. You will partner with Branch Leadership to develop staffing plans and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role focuses on attracting diverse talent and implementing effective sourcing strategies, while collaborating with HR and leadership to meet workforce needs. This is a hybrid position based in Minnesota with opportunities for virtual work and occasional onsite

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or similar recruiting role.
• Experience recruiting for branch operations or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies, selection methods, and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary recruiting partner for branch and member-facing positions.
• Develop staffing and sourcing plans with Branch Leadership to meet hiring needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from intake to onboarding coordination.
• Provide salary recommendations and participate in offer discussions.
