Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years Teller experience or Teller training completion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work and/or transfer within the network.
• Detailed knowledge of banking procedures and branch functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to render quality service to clients and customers.
• Manage, process, and track all retail and commercial new account opening paperwork.
• Support the Commercial Banking team as needed.
• Perform RBR duties such as stop payment orders, process deposits/withdrawals, cash checks, etc.
• Maintain neat and accurate files, records, client correspondence, and statements; daily scanning of documents.
