Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Leadership ability and management skills.
• Experience in a retail banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tellers and teller work to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Lead in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to coach staff and provide feedback.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage for anticipated customer flow.
• Address compliance and operational issues; identify training needs.
• Partner with branch manager for branch meetings and huddles.
• Recognize team successes and mentor teller staff.
• Perform Teller duties as needed to minimize risk.
• Support branch audits and policy adherence.
