Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years sales or customer service experience.
• 0-2 years supervisory experience required.
• One year industry-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Inside Sales team under Branch Sales Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and sales goals.
• Manages inventory distribution and allocation for branch efficiency.
• Identifies ways to improve gross margin and inventory turns.
• Tracks expenses and suggests corrective actions within branch budgets.
• Visits customers to assess needs and build rapport.
• Trains branch associates on MSC systems and sales techniques.
• Acts as liaison with call centers and between MSC and Base/Government customers.
• Leads branch meetings and supports outside sales efforts.
• Provides reports and insights to Branch Sales Manager.
• Operates warehouse vehicles and participates in safety initiatives.
• Drives MSC culture and participates in special projects.
