Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
• Demonstrated organization, interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
• Shows proficiency with expense management.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve Store objectives and deliver legendary Customer and colleague experience.
• Provides day-to-day team leadership and direction for personalized/complex service while maintaining compliance.
• Oversees complex sales advice activities involving multiple steps, systems and partners.
• Delivers end-to-end advice and information to customers to help manage finances and achieve goals.
• Drives advice behaviors and coaching to deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Maintains knowledge of the local market, offers, and economic trends to support advice recommendations.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
