Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail banking experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and help maintain a strong, service-focused team culture.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals.
• Build customer relationships, identify referral opportunities, and support branch growth.
• Assist with staffing support, performance management, and employee development.
• Ensure branch procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Promote banking products, digital services, and referral opportunities.
• Provide teller and customer service support as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns and make sound day-to-day operational decisions.
