Job summary

Dupaco provides a Branch Services Representative role focused on processing member transactions, account management, and product education. You will engage in cross-selling and proactive outreach while supporting branch operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes accurate cash handling, ITM assistance, and delivering excellent member service to build lasting relationships with Dupaco members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer services or equivalent experience.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to represent the financial institution in a positive and professional way when dealing with membership, and other staff members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of transactions for members including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments and assist members in the lobby.
• Assist and educate members with Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) as needed.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of the day.
• Open member accounts, including checking, savings, and CDs and offer full-family membership to new and existing members.
• Close member accounts accurately.
• Assist members with Visa applications by communicating approvals/denials and process balance transfers.
• Perform account maintenance tasks such as updating personal information and managing account inquiries.
• Educate members on Dupaco features, benefits, and fees.
• Cross-sell Dupaco products and services by highlighting digital services and benefits.
• Proactive outreach and outbound calls to members as assigned.
• Perform Money Makeovers and Credit History Lessons to deepen relationships.
• Refer potential leads for Mortgage, Business, Dupaco Insurance and Financial Services.
• Assist with branch operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling equipment management.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, policies and compliance procedures.
• Utilize resources to detect and report suspicious activities and transactions.
• Participate in branch meetings and training to stay current on Dupaco policies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
