Savings Bank of Walpole is seeking a Branch Services Manager to lead a full-service community banking branch in Walpole, NH. You will drive daily performance, coach staff, and support business growth while delivering thoughtful, dependable service to customers.

As a key leader, you’ll uphold regulatory compliance, manage staffing and performance reviews, and partner with regional leadership to build community connections and achieve branch goals.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related banking, branch operations, sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Proven supervisory or management skills with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Sound judgment and working knowledge of bank policies, branch operations, lending practices, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading branch operations and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees to achieve individual, team, and bank goals.
• Partner with regional leadership to support business development, operational efficiency, and branch growth.
• Build community connections that increase the bank’s visibility and create new relationship opportunities.
