Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations.
• Provide leadership, training and supervision to branch personnel.
• Develop deposit and loan business and promote the sales culture through coaching and staff motivation.
• Achieve branch, region and Bank sales goals through referrals and customer relationships.
• Engage in business development and solicit new business prospects to maintain a positive sales environment.
• Investigate and follow up on changes in customer status and discuss needs with customers.
• Ensure branch is organized and resources are allocated for maximum results.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and audit quality control per bank policies and guidelines.
• Ensure staff are trained on security plans and procedures and comply with safety policies.
