Job summary

Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00AM–4:30PM; Saturdays on rotation 8:30AM–1:30PM. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in bank ops with supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in bank operations with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to use 10-key adding machine and type 40 wpm.
• Must be pleasant and tactful when interacting with customers.
• Good oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to use judgement and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• In this role, the Service Manager is responsible for the operations of the branch and supervises employees in all phases of the Bank operations.
• The Service Manager leads the handling and resolutions on customer issues or complex inquiries and ensures that all Bank policies and procedures are followed.
• The role is integral in maintaining the branch workflow and assists to assign coverage as needed.
