Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, relevant industry experience, and active licenses. The compensation package includes base pay between $120,000 - $165,000 per year, alongside commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7, 8 (or 9 and 10), and 66 (or 63 and 65).
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Firm’s Risk & Compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities.
• Mentor and supervise a team of Support Professionals.
• Manage and oversee Support Professionals coverage.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
