Job summary

California Coast Credit Union in San Diego, CA is seeking a Branch Senior (University Heights) to assist the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional member service, drive branch growth, and implement policy and procedures in alignment with the credit union’s Mission, Vision and Values. The role includes mentoring staff, assisting with scheduling, performing audits, and processing new accounts and loans.

May serve as Notary and participate in staff meetings to promote products and services and

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3 years banking experience.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration.
• Strong sales and service skills.
• Knowledge of negotiable instruments and financial regulations.
• Ability to communicate well in writing and verbally.
• Leadership, coaching and staff development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings when required.
