Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Two (2) years of retail/sales experience required.
• Fully bilingual - English and Spanish (verbal and written) highly desirable.
• Excellent consulting, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Generate new accounts, loans and other products as defined to assist branch goals.
• Receives bank visitors, provides information, and directs them to staff as necessary.
• Take ownership of customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Process transactions in system and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Support development of new business relationships and retain existing ones.
