Oriental Bank seeks an Associate, Sales & Services (At-Large) to be based on-site at Humacao Branch, PR. You will deliver proactive customer service, identify client financial needs, and present banking solutions across loans, accounts, investments, mortgages and more.

Role emphasizes cross-selling, relationship-building, and achieving branch profitability while maintaining compliance. English/Spanish fluency and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Two (2) years of retail/sales experience required.
• Experience in financial services or related work desirable.
• Fully bilingual English and Spanish (written and spoken) highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service.
• Receives bank visitors, provides information, and directs to appropriate staff.
• Responds to inquiries regarding products and services; provide solutions on disputes and service activities.
• Cross-sells bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch profitability goals.
• Generate new accounts, loans and other products; process transactions in system while complying with policies.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in every transaction.
