Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Two years retail/sales experience required; financial services desirable.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) highly desirable.
• Analytical, proactive problem solving, organized, detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other business applications.
• Availability and flexibility to adhere to branch schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service; assist visitors and route to staff.
• Respond to inquiries and provide solutions on accounts, disputes, and services.
• Listen to customers and match needs to bank products, generating referrals.
• Generate new accounts, loans, and products to meet needs and profitability.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Process transactions in system following policies and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
