Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Sales and Service Representative to join our Mullins branch. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote products, and refer sales opportunities to the right partners.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of customer service experience; sales experience is a plus. We value communication, empathy, adaptability, teamwork and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial literacy and banking products.
