The incumbent will build a personal referral network, manage branch leads, and execute customer transactions efficiently, converting interactions into qualified referrals and sales. This position requires solid banking knowledge and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2 years of related job experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking policies and consumer products/services.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management and identifying customer financial needs.
• Make recommendations to meet banking needs in a courteous manner.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Ensure data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Manage daily sales activity through coaching and monitoring sales results.
• Coordinate operational duties including opening/closing, vault cash, and policy adherence.
• Perform traditional teller transactions as needed.
