Job summary

You will drive service quality, cross-sell products, and ensure adherence to policies while aligning with strategic goals. Five years in financial retail and two years in leadership are preferred, with residency within commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a business field; related experience may substitute.
• Five years financial retail/branching experience.
• Two years of management experience.
• Incumbent must reside within 60 miles or less than 1hr commute of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct overall branch operations including sales, staff, security, and maintenance.
• Ensure staff are trained, coached, supervised, and reviewed to meet goals.
• Cross-sell credit union products and monitor service quality.
• Hire, retain, and develop qualified staff; handle scheduling and training.
• Prepare monthly reports and reconcile statements.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and other regulations.
• Oversee budgeting and facility maintenance.
• Lead meetings with staff and communicate changes.
