Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of progressive experience in a financial institution.
• Experience in new accounts and consumer loan origination.

Responsibilities

• Coach Member Service staff to meet performance targets.
• Review performance reports monthly and create IDPs.
• Develop and deliver coaching and training for staff on deposit and lending products.
• Monitor branch sales activity and growth goals.
• Ensure end-of-month reports are completed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to promote sales and service culture.
• Travel to other branches as needed.
