Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Retail banking or similar experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues for customers.
• Execute financial transactions per bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and address customer complaints promptly.
• Support branch sales/service activities through seminars, micromarketing events, and promotional campaigns.
• Adhere to operational controls and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets.
• Assess risk in business decisions and escalate control issues with transparency.
