Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. You will identify customer needs, present tailored proposals, conduct inspections, and build lasting relationships while meeting safety and compliance requirements.

This position involves walking properties, managing a company vehicle, and earning base pay plus commission with a total compensation

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is essential.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Position Summary

The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. This role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long‑term value.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.


• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.


• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.


• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.


• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

This position offers an hourly base pay of $17.05 plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000 - $90,000 with additional compensation opportunities.

Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary, based on sales, and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.
