Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in Oakdale, MN, to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships for long-term value.

Responsibilities include selling additional services, conducting inspections, responding to leads, and preparing compliant job specifications.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawl space and other tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

• This position offers an hourly base pay of $18.00 plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000- $90,000 with additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary, based on sales, and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.
