Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Atlanta, GA seeks a Branch Sales Professional who drives revenue by selling pest control solutions through a customer-focused approach. You will identify customer needs, recommend tailored services and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

You will conduct inspections, present proposals to customers, and work with leads to grow opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales experience or training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch and crawl to access tight spaces.
• State-required pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch or territory and generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions per laws, regulations, and policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle and follow Vehicle Policy.

Branch Sales Professional

The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. This role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Selladditionalservices and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits toresidencesand businesses.
• Conduct inspections toidentifyinfestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepareappropriate jobspecifications and treating instructionsin accordance withexisting laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularlyoperateand maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

Qualifications And Requirements

This position offers an hourly base pay $15 plus commission,with most team members earning between$60,000- $90,000 withadditionalcompensationopportunities.
