Complete Labor & Staffing seeks an experienced Sales/Operations Branch Manager to lead our day labor operations and drive growth in the temporary staffing industry. You will develop client relationships, oversee branch operations, recruit and supervise staff, ensure compliance, and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of management experience in staffing, construction, or service industries.
• Proven ability to build client relationships with a strong sales track record.
• Experience managing diverse teams and a blue-collar workforce.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Physical ability to work in warehouse/outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and businesses.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts for temporary labor services.
• Oversee daily branch operations including worker dispatch, client coordination, and service delivery.
• Manage worker recruitment, screening, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain records of worker hours, client billing, and branch performance metrics.
• Monitor branch P&L and implement cost-control measures.
