Action Labor and Staffing Connection is seeking an experienced Sales/Operations Branch Manager to lead day labor operations and drive growth in the temporary staffing industry. This fast-paced, people-focused role offers a strong base salary plus uncapped earning potential in a family-owned culture.

You will oversee sales, client development, workforce recruitment, compliance, and branch performance while aiming to exceed revenue targets and optimize efficiency across the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years management experience in staffing, construction, or service industries.
• Strong sales track record building client relationships.
• Experience managing diverse teams with blue-collar workforce.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
