Job summary

Graybar in Visalia, CA is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead sales efforts, strengthen customer relationships, and promote products to maximize gross margin. You will manage inventory, train staff, and drive promotional activities with suppliers to meet branch and district goals.

The role requires at least 3 years in related fields, 4+ years of supervisory experience preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance.
• 4+ years supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Administration, or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain counter area through inventory management and strategic product placement.
• Provide customer service commensurate with market requirements and Company's customer service policy.
• Achieve market penetration to meet branch, district, and Company objectives.
• Plan and implement promotional activities in conjunction with suppliers.
• Schedule, plan, and implement training for all location employees.
• Some travel required.
