Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Newark, OH office and oversee the full post-frame building process from sale through completion.

You will recruit and develop construction crews, drive sales in an established territory, and use Cleary’s DreamMaker software to present and cost buildings. In this role you’ll mentor future leaders, participate in advanced leadership programs, and guide operations toward growth while maintaining a strong customer focus in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is essential.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Motivated self-starter with initiative.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus and incentive plans.
• $75,000 to $200,000+ income achievable for above-average performers.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from sale to completion.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews.
• Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing DreamMaker—Cleary’s proprietary software.
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory.
• Operate in a fast-paced, energetic environment; no two days are alike.
• Ensure the customer’s total experience from start to finish.
