You will recruit and develop crews, manage the post-frame build process, and drive sales in an established territory using Cleary’s DreamMaker software for design, costing, and presentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is essential.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Management or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from sale to completion.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews.
• Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing DreamMaker – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software.
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory.
• Ensure a fast-paced, energetic environment with progress visible for the team.
