Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy sales and construction team in Indiana. You will manage the branch, oversee post-frame building projects from sale to completion, recruit and develop crews, and drive revenue in an established territory.

The role offers leadership development through Cleary’s programs and requires an independent, proactive approach. A company vehicle is provided to support field operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is essential.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight.
• Motivated self-starter with initiative.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus and incentive plans.
• Income potential: $75,000 to $200,000+ for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews
• Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing DreamMaker – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
• Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike
• Responsible for the customer’s total experience from start to finish, helping fulfil their dreams
