Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. in Verona, Wisconsin, with a broad branch network, seeks a Branch Manager for its Missouri Ozark area to lead sales, construction crews, and post-frame projects from sale to completion.

You will recruit and develop teams, drive revenue, manage the customer experience end-to-end, and participate in Cleary’s leadership training programs to advance into regional roles.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is essential.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus and incentive plans.

• Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews.
• Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing “DreamMaker” – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
• Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike

• Experience a sense of accomplishment in our team environment and see progress take shape quickly
