Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a regional team from sales through construction, delivering the complete customer experience. You will recruit and develop crews, manage the post-frame build process, and drive sales in an established territory using Cleary’s DreamMaker software for design, costing, and presentation.

The role emphasizes leadership development, advanced training, and a path toward Region Manager with lucrative bonus plans and a company vehicle provided.

• Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews
• Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing “DreamMaker” – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
