The role partners with leadership to grow sales, hire and develop staff, and drive efficiency, with performance bonuses and incentives.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong customer focus, and a proven ability to grow sales in a retail HVAC/R environment.

Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, parts, and supplies, is seeking a dynamic Branch Sales Manager to lead a team that excels in providing top‑notch HVAC/R products, parts, and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors.

We serve licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada, with over 200+ locations to meet customers’ HVAC/R needs.

Job Summary

As a Branch Sales Manager, you will own and manage the branch P&L, lead the branch team, and oversee day‑to‑day operations such as receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management. Your role includes working with company leadership to grow sales, hire and develop personnel, improve operational efficiency, and drive results. The position offers performance‑based bonuses and incentives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Create and execute a local sales plan to exceed business goals.
• Team Leadership: Effectively lead, motivate, and develop the team.
• Customer Growth: Expand the existing customer base and identify new sales channels.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage CE’s proprietary technology to grow sales and promote operational excellence.

• Experience using sales and/or inventory management systems.
